Not only can this help individuals feel safer and more confident in their abilities to defend themselves but can improve employees overall faith in their employer. However, self-defense can mean a lot of different things, which is why it’s important to take a look at what works best for your organization and invest accordingly.

What are the biggest benefits to come from self-defense knowledge is an increased security awareness. This means that during the self-defense training you are taught ways that others might try to take advantage of you or a situation, and how to combat that. This helps employees pick up on suspicious activity or threats faster thanks to their increased awareness.
